Atticus Faul brings over 15 years of experience in Boise’s housing market as a licensed general contractor, real estate broker, and developer. Through Atlas Design + Build, he combines deep local knowledge with direct, on-site involvement in every project to help homeowners navigate remodels and development with confidence.
Atlas Design Build started in 2020, after years of Atticus turning down clients who wanted him to take on their remodels himself. A close friend finally talked him into it, and five years later, the business runs entirely on word-of-mouth referrals.

We intentionally take on a limited number of projects each year—typically around 10—so we can give each one the attention it deserves. As a result, we refer more projects than we accept. If you've reached out to us, the conversation is less about interviewing general contractors and more about determining whether we're a good fit for your project, discussing the investment required, and finding a timeline that works for both of us.
THE PROCESS
Every project starts with design. Atticus works directly with you to finalize every finish, fixture, and detail before a single nail is driven. Every decision gets made before the crew shows up, so the build runs the plan instead of chasing it.
Once construction begins, you're working with the same person you started with — You work with Atticus from the first sketch to the final walkthrough. The process is hands-on, detail-oriented, and built around delivering what was promised, on time and on budget.
